An exceptional honey that is difficult to find, thyme honey is a powerful antiseptic. It would be recommended in the context of respiratory infections and the treatment of wounds. Harvested by bees when thyme blooms in May, this ocher-brown honey with a creamy texture retains a pronounced flavor.
Not recommended for people allergic to bee products.
