FRESH POLLENS

When frozen in its fresh state, pollen is a raw, complete and complex food. When dried, it loses a large amount of its micronutrients. Consuming fresh pollen regularly contributes to healthy organ functions because it holds vital life-supporting elements.
Why our pollens are different?
Following some physical health issues and several years of research, Patrice Percie du Sert developed in 1995 a patented technique to preserve pollen, without needing to dry it or dehydrate it. This technique combines two methods of conservation: freezing and modified atmosphere packaging. With this technique pollen retains all of its active ingredients.
Pollenergie’s exclusive patented technique means that fresh frozen pollen can safely travel at ambient temperatures for more than 7 days before it needs to be stored in the freezer to guarantee its full nutritional potential. The pollen will retain all of its nutritional qualities as well as a pleasant, creamy texture.
